Serenity Stays are experts in every stage from the set up process to rental launch of your holiday property. We provide our homeowners with a flexible, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly a personal approach to holiday rentals and we aim to achieve the best possible return.

We allow you full control over your holiday property. With no minimum or maximum number of weeks to make available to owners or guests and no higher or lower limit caps to rental fees. Our homeowners are as important as our guests and that’s why we tailor-make our packages to suit your needs.

We visit, stay and approve every property that we host to guarantee everything is just right.

We will meet you at your holiday property and discuss your requirements and expectations you hope to achieve. We will offer advice, support and recommendations to assist you in achieving the standard, presentation and revenue your property can reach. We can assist and organise the whole process including all industry legal requirements and insurances. Our selection of competitive packages will be explained to suit your needs for a successful holiday rental.

We take your property from the meet stage to the launch stage by using our expertise and knowledge. We use our sister company and our list of approved trades to assist in reaching the standard that is required for launch. We will carry out the required legal tests to be carried out and complete any agreed improvements whether that be decoration, purchases, or removals. Our team will visit and carry out a set-up clean and use our experienced presentation skills prior to the photographer carrying out his shoot, at this stage we are ready to launch!

We use several online travel platforms to market, advertise and host your holiday property. Our in-house marketing will publicise and showcase your property across our successful social media channels. Our portfolio of photographs and property description will invite your guests to achieve a successful booking.

We have very flexible terms and conditions with the holiday and home owner services we offer.

We also bring that flexible approach attitude to our staff. It’s important to acknowledge we all have responsibilities outside of work and we encourage communication to suit the personal needs of others as well as the needs of the business.


Our friendly manner means our holiday makers and homeowners know us on first name terms and can pick up the phone to talk to us whether they have a query or want a general catch up about their holiday or property.


We won’t make promises we can’t keep and offer advice and suggestions based on our industry knowledge , local insight and our very own experiences.


Claire and Halina both live local to the area and we both find it important to be involved in our communities.

We ensure all staff visit the properties within our portfolio and have a good insight to each unique holiday home.

Our Packages

We have several packages available to suit your homeowner requirements, we be-spoke our packages to suit you at competitive commission rates, allowing you more control.

Affiliation Package

£149 per year

Whether you’re a campsite, an independent rental agent or an owner of holiday property based in the UK. Earn revenue by subscribing to our affiliation package and enlist your property description, photographs and a direct link to your chosen booking platform on our website. We’ll promote, market and use our social media platforms to showcase your property. Take advantage of our experience in holiday property management and it’s marketing.

Fully Managed

Commission at 18%

If you would rather lettings to be made as easy as possible for you then this is your preferred option. We are on hand to co-ordinate cleaning services, supply bed linen and towels, operate changeovers, check the property before and after customer bookings, and organise maintenance and trades to ensure that your property is presented to the highest standard and at its full potential (these charges are additional to the 18%, itemised costings below). 

Most importantly we will also provide out of hours support for guests and any emergencies that may arise during their stay, which is included in the agents fully managed package. 

All specialist staff, engineers and contractors are local to our area and are approved by us as an agent.

A photoshoot will be provided for your property.

Property Managed (Out of Hours)

Commission at 15%

If you prefer to personally manage your weekly cleaning direct with your cleaner not a problem, we can offer a property services and marketing/hosting service to find your customers, secure your bookings and handle all correspondence thereafter. You or your nominated cleaner would prepare and present your holiday home for the arriving guests for each changeover. Booking notifications would be sent to your preferred contact.

We would take care of any matters that may arise during their holiday. 

A photoshoot will be provided for your property.

Cleaning and Laundry quotations can be provided by out sister company WHK Services Devon Ltd.


Hosting Only

Commission at 10%

If you prefer to personally manage your holiday home and you already have a live listing with an OTA like airbnb, we can offer a marketing and hosting service to find your customers, secure your bookings and handle all correspondence thereafter.  You can continue to manage your live listing and we can market and host your property across our other OTA’s and website.  You or your nominated cleaner/caretaker would prepare and present your holiday home for the arriving guests for each changeover and take care of any matters that may arise during their holiday. Booking notifications would be sent to your preferred contact. 

A photoshoot will be provided for your property.
