A Modern full equipped kitchen with Sage/Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, built in cooker and ceramic top with over head extractor fan. It has all the essentials for a holiday property.
The stylish bathroom is spacious and finished to a high standard with a large shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail.

The Old Stables is perfectly located to reach all of what Dartmouth has to offer on foot – set back from the main streets yet the riverfront, shops, bars and restaurants are just a couple minutes level walk away. As are the local bus stop/taxi rank, Marks and Spencer’s Food, Coop and Spar and independent grocers, delicatessens and bakeries. Reach stunning coastal paths from the front door.
Parking: There is no parking at the property. There is space outside the property to pull up to check in and unload/load your baggage without disruption. Free unrestricted/all day on street parking is available a minutes walk away along Victoria Road and in the Market Square. From 30th September to 1st May most of the on street parking in town is unrestricted/all day. The stop for the park and ride is also just a short walk away which we recommend in the busiest months.
